iClear Dashboard
The Dashboard section in ValidRecord’s iClear provides an overview of system activity and usage. Whether you’re monitoring volume, costs, or performance, the dashboard makes it easy to stay informed about your account’s overall status. Users can filter data across multiple timeframes (7, 30, or 90 days) to track trends, identify patterns, and support informed decision-making.
Activity
The Activity block displays the number of API requests and errors over time. It allows you to track system usage and quickly identify potential issues. You can view data over 7, 30, or 90-day ranges.
Use this widget to:
- Monitor daily and historical API activity.
- Detect unusual spikes in error rates.
- Validate system performance over time.
Top Used Services
The Top Used Services block shows which services are most frequently used within your account.
- Data View: Lists services along with their usage counts.
- Pie Chart: Provides a visual breakdown of service usage distribution.
- Timeframe Selection: Provides a data summary for the selected date range (7, 30, or 90 days).

- Identify the most frequently used services.
- Analyze system usage across available services.
Top Paid Services
The Top Paid Services block provides an overview of how your spending is allocated across services.
- Amount: Displays the total cost per service.
- Pie Chart: Displays a visual breakdown of your expenses.
- Timeframe Selection: Choose from 7, 30, or 90-day periods.

- Monitor cost distribution across services.
- Identify the services driving the majority of your usage costs.
Usage Costs
The Usage Costs block provides a daily cost summary for two core products—iClaim (blue) and iClear (green)—over a selected period.
- Color-Coded Bars: Represent the cost per product for each day.
- Hover Data: Shows exact daily totals.
- Timeframe Options: View cost activity for the last 7, 30, or 90 days.
