iClear Reports Overview
The Reports section in iClear provides visibility into system usage, performance, and costs. These reports allow users to monitor requests, analyze errors, review API behavior, and track spending with flexible filtering and export options.
To access reports, navigate to the All Reports section. The following reports are available:
Performance Summary
The Performance Summary report displays daily request activity over a selected time period. A visual graph shows trends in successful requests and errors.
Use this report to:
- Monitor system activity over time.
- Identify error spikes and performance slowdowns.
- Analyze overall system reliability.
Services
The Services report shows detailed stats grouped by each iClear service used within the selected date range.
Use this report to:
- Evaluate individual service performance.
- Compare the reliability and speed of different services.
- Investigate any anomalies at the service level.
API Keys
The API Keys report breaks down request activity by API key and service.
Use this report to:
- Audit API key usage.
- Track which keys are generating the most traffic.
- Detect performance differences across keys.
Bundles
The Bundles report represents packaged services in iClear. This report provides performance data grouped by bundle.
Use this report to:
- Measure the effectiveness of each bundle.
- Analyze performance across combined services.
- Optimize bundle usage based on reliability and response time.
Hourly Report
The Hourly report shows request performance broken down by hour of the day, helping to pinpoint peak activity times.
Use this report to:
- Identify high-traffic hours.
- Monitor hourly trends in errors or latency.
- Improve operational planning based on usage patterns.
Usage Cost
The Usage Cost report gives a detailed view of daily usage costs across services and bundles.
Use this report to:
- Track spending trends by day.
- Break down usage volume by service or bundle.
- Support billing, forecasting, and budgeting.
Each report includes:
- Date or Month Filters: Customize the reporting period.
- Service/Bundle/API Key Filters: Narrow your view to specific elements.
- Export to CSV: Download report data for external review or sharing.
